Beets & Brine: A Backyard Bar Take Over & Art Market
Spring has arrived and we are taking over the entire back yard at Pirogue's Whiskey Bayou for three installations of Beets & Brine. Beets & Brine is an evening of creativity and community that focuses on supporting small local businesses. Each week we will feature a local Bartender that will be tasked with creating a one of a kind cocktail menu featuring locally sourced ingredients from the Once Around The Kitchen pantry. We will also have a DJ each week to get your body movin! Chef Melissa Araujo will be in the kitchen with her new project Oscar and we will have Oyster Happy Hour until 7pm! ($1 raw & $1.50 Charbroiled)
